The Heart

In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Assalamualaikum

Title: The Heart

Revenge is sweet. But forgiveness is sweeter.

If you truly care for somebody, make doa' for them. If you truly dislike somebody, make doa' for them. Because doa' is universal, and it heals everything.

So I shall forgive and forget. I just can't bring myself to hate an individual, even if they've caused enough hurt to me or even towards my own family. & I keep telling myself that, if I were to hate them, it'll mean that I've just hated another one of His Creations. And because I don't want the feeling of hatred to get the better of me, I'm letting the matter go because I realised that hatred, will only bring more sickness to the heart. 

I've had enough and so I'm leaving it all to The Almighty, to decide for the best outcome, out of all this. Perhaps I shall kill these people with my kindness and love instead, because what could be better than turning the pain of an insult, into a sweet scent of baraqah? May peace be with you, O servant of Allah.
