In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Topic: Rejuvenated
Alhamdulilah, today was a good day. Got up really early for Subuh prayers, I felt really fresh and energetic this morning. Amidst of all the issues I am facing with, I think I'll take things one at a time. InsyaAllah. And so, after having done my Subuh prayers, I sat by the window and looked into the sky. It was still dark and very cold outside. The time on the clock read, 6.20am. I was startled when my mum tickled me from my back. The weather was so nice that I decided to take a morning jog with my mum. It was just us two. Daddy was in the morning shift and my sister couldn't be bothered to follow and decided to just stay at home. So, we walked slowly to the jogging park and we reached, there wasn't really many people around. Just a few chinese elderlies doing their yoga and light exercises.
The air felt really fresh. It's been a long time since I'd last had a morning jog. My mum didn't want to jog, so I she sat down on a bench and read the morning papers instead. I headed to the light exercises stations first to get my muscles warmed up, before I could begin my jog. I decided to warm up with my legs first. There's this exercise station that requires me to put my leg on two movable stands. It moves sideways and so to prevent myself from falling, I had to hold tightly to a bar. So as I held on to the bar tightly and with a Bismillah, I swang my legs sideways. It was nice when I get to really fully stretch my leg muscles. I did that for like 5 minutes before proceeding on the other exercise stations. While I was doing the leg stretching exercise an old chinese lady, stood in front of me. There's another similar station right in front of me. She got on it slowly and smiled at me. We began to chat and then, I realised she had difficulties communicating in English. So I decided to speak to her in Mandarin instead. She was surprised that I was able to converse in Mandarin fluently. Before she left, she told me that she hopes to see me again soon. I said okay, and told her to to take care. (:
Once I was done with all the light exercises, I rested for 2 minutes, before looking for a starting point to begin my jog. Then, as I started to jog, I passed by many other joggers, a large proportion of them were elderlies. As I passed them by, I never failed to greet them with a smile. To my surprise, they were quite friendly. I love the atmostphere and environment. As I jogged, with every step I make, I try to see the positive side of my problems. You know, the Facebook issue, that's with regards to B. I felt happier and calmer. After 10minutes of jogging and 10minutes of brisk walking, I took a rest next to my mum and she shared with me an article in the papers about Al-Zuhri Institution. We had a discussion about the Institute and how she dreams of me going into University Islam Antarabangsa one day. InsyaAllah, was all I could say. It was near to 9am and my mum felt hungry. So we headed down to Kopi O Teh Tarik for breakfast, before heading home. It was a simple yet beautiful routine and I'd decided to keep hold to this routine everyday, insyaAllah. (:
