Scam

Assalamualaikum

Title: Could this be a scam?

Early this morning, when my dad left for work, he found this piece of leaflet lying on our doorstep.
But this time, it was not an ordinary leaflet.


It read:
May I Use A Corner Of Your Living Room For A Few Hours?
I am a Singaporean Citizen and am a graduate from XXX. I have been giving tuition in xxxxxxxxxxx for 15 years. I am currently teaching a group of students in this area every weekend. I need a small corner of a living room(or bedroom) to teach my students from this area on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 9.30am to 6.30pm. I am offering 25% of my total monthly fees, or minimum rental of $300 per month, or whichever is higher, for the use of a corner of your living room(or bedroom). If you are interested, please contact Mr xxx @ xxxx xxxx.


HAHA, never have I seen such a leaflet before. Obviously, this is a scam. Ahah, my family aren't that stupid you see. Oh boy, I hope my neighbours will not fall into his trap. Hah!
