Focus in Solat

In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Assalamualaikum

Title: Focus in Solat

So often, it hurts us that we are not able to focus in our prayers. I have to admit, to achieve such a high level of khusyu'ness in our prayers, is not an easy task. Well here's a little something for all of us to ponder about:

" Remember, the more you focus on Allah outside your solah, the easier it will be for us to focus on Him inside our solah. What occupies you in Solah, is what that occupies you outside of Solah. Try to fill your mind and heart with Allah, as much as you can throughout your day. Talk to Him, and constantly make doa' to Him. This will build your personal relationship with Allah. Then, going for Solah will be like coming home to an old friend. "

That was like a smack in the face. How often do I think of Allah, outside of my Solah?  ]=
